Hi, I’m Briana! I’m a massage therapist with a deep passion for Eastern medicine and integrative bodywork. I studied at Pacific College of Health and Science, where I gained foundational knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while working alongside acupuncturists and being a long-time TCM patient myself. My journey into holistic healing deepened through my ongoing studies in Ayurveda, and I am currently training to become a trauma-informed Ayurvedic wellness counselor.
I had the privilege of studying Ayurvedic bodywork in India, and I love incorporating Eastern modalities into my practice, alongside techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. I also focus on nervous system regulation, breathwork, and grounding energy practices, all aimed at helping clients reconnect with their bodies and release stored tension.
I believe that our fascia tells a story, and I am honored to assist clients in discovering greater ease, resilience, and balance in their bodies.

Hi friend!
I’m Taqiyya. Reiki Master Practitioner, Teacher and Certified Massage Therapist here at Nalu Healing Arts. I received my certification in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2023, and have been a practicing Reiki Master since 2020. Reiki Energy Healing and Bodywork are the heart and foundation of my clinical practice and have enhanced my ability to intuitively read energy and facilitate healing through touch.
My mission is holistic integration; to provide a trauma - informed nurturing space where you can slow down, feel what’s happening internally, and experience touch that holds space for reconciling the exiled parts of the body-mind.
In the last year, I have begun expanding my studies to include Chi Nei Tsang (Medical Abdominal Massage), Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing with the intention of using body based regulation techniques to disrupt trauma related nervous system patterns.
Additionally, I am trained in multiple therapeutic techniques including, Fire Cupping, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Yoga (200 RYT) & Breathwork– all of which are modalities that may be called upon in our sessions.
Outside of my practice, I spend much of my time recharging and studying pattern based medicines. Among my interests are Human Design, Astrology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chi Nei Tsang, Shamanic Plant Medicine, Yoni Steaming, and Somatics. I am most at peace in nature, learning, singing affirmations, dancing, and spending time with my seven year old niece, Charlotte.
I invite you to book a session with me to experience a journey of self discovery, wholeness, and integration, through your body and energy field.
With love,
Taqiyya
