Briana Dindayal
(She/Her/Hers)
Hi, I’m Briana! I’m a massage therapist with a deep passion for Eastern medicine and integrative bodywork. I studied at Pacific College of Health and Science, where I gained foundational knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while working alongside acupuncturists and being a long-time TCM patient myself. My journey into holistic healing deepened through my ongoing studies in Ayurveda, and I am currently training to become a trauma-informed Ayurvedic wellness counselor.
I had the privilege of studying Ayurvedic bodywork in India, and I love incorporating Eastern modalities into my practice, alongside techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. I also focus on nervous system regulation, breathwork, and grounding energy practices, all aimed at helping clients reconnect with their bodies and release stored tension.
I believe that our fascia tells a story, and I am honored to assist clients in discovering greater ease, resilience, and balance in their bodies.

Abby Imsand
Abby Imsand, L.Ac is nationally board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Science, San Diego.
As a lifelong athlete, Abby is fueled by her curiosity about the human body and spirit. She began her healing arts career when she took a 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2006. She went on to complete 1,000 hours of Massage therapy training in 2008.
Over the next decade, she worked as a massage therapist and yoga instructor in a variety of settings. In that time, she also studied western herbalism and completed a six month intensive herbal apprenticeship in 2012.
In 2018 she made the leap towards becoming a holistic primary care practitioner and moved to San Diego to attend Chinese Medicine school. Abby specializes in orthopedics, women’s health, and cosmetic acupuncture.
As a longtime bodyworker and practitioner of yoga, she loves blending her knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy with both TCM orthopedic techniques and Sports Medicine Acupuncture. Her approach includes addressing both the area of concern while also assessing for structural issues and postural habits that could be contributing to dysfunction. After sustaining a traumatic surfing injury while in school, Abby has experienced first-hand the profound healing effect acupuncture can have to address pain and injury.
She is equally passionate about women’s health and uses acupuncture, herbs, and nutrition to assist patients to achieve optimal hormonal balance and reproductive health. Abby has additional training in Perinatal Acupuncture from Dr. Deb Davies and can treat women at any stage of their pregnancy journey. Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to optimize fertility, address common complaints of pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover and thrive during the postpartum period.
As part of her practice, she also enjoys providing Cosmetic acupuncture. Cosmetic acupuncture promotes circulation, stimulates collagen production, and releases tension in facial muscles to achieve a more youthful appearance. Abby also believes that when we relax the muscles responsible for our most common facial expressions, this helps to process the emotions behind our expressions. In addition, in Chinese Medicine, the face is seen as a “microsystem” where the organs are represented by specific regions of the face. By treating the face we are affecting the entire body and addressing constitutional factors that can contribute to overall well being.
Abby loves to educate and empower patients to be their best, most vibrant selves. She has a profound respect for each individual’s body and story and uses her knowledge and skills to create treatment strategies that are tailored to each patient.
